| Key Tasks: |
• To maintain and organically develop existing relationships with a specific client base, (Retail, Institutional or Strategic Accounts) ensuring the relationship is meeting both the clients and the bank’s needs;
• Responsible for the wellbeing of the existing relationship with the client(s), being a professional and trusted advisor for them;
• To manage client’s expectations and perceptions around the quality of the bank’s contracted service and delivery;
• The successful candidates will have a broad understanding of the products and services offered;
• The CBM understands the client’s business plans and strategy and then negotiates with Operations to ensure the client achieves their plans;
• CBM negotiates with internal stakeholders and the Client to set a price (ie. Product, Legal, Finance and Compliance);
• The successful candidate must have strong negotiation skills and must have the ability to communicate at senior level (ie. Negotiate with Heads of Business);
• They must be capable of 'business aware'interaction with the Relationship Managers to enable them to do strategic cross selling;
• Ideal candidate for CBM is in a Relationship Manager role of has experience of Relationship Management. |
