| Role |
To maintain and organically develop existing relationships with a specific client base, (Retail, Institutional or Strategic Accounts) ensuring the relationship is meeting both the clients’ and the bank’s needs;
• Responsible for the wellbeing of the existing relationship with the client(s), being a professional and trusted advisor for them;
• To manage the client’s expectations and perceptions around the quality of the bank’s contracted service and delivery;
• The successful candidates will have a broad understanding of the products and services offered;
• The CBM understands the client’s business plans and strategy and then negotiates with Operations to ensure the client achieves their plans;
• CBM negotiates with internal stakeholders and the client to set a price (ie. Product, Legal, Finance and Compliance);
• The successful candidate must have strong negotiating skills and the ability to communicate at a senior level (ie. negotiate with Heads of Business);
• They must be capable of 'business aware'interaction with the Relationship Managers to enable them to do strategic cross selling;
• In addition to the above skills, the Team Lead roles will have responsibility for management of the CBMs on each of the teams: Retail, Institutional and Strategic Accounts. We will be looking for proven experience in setting & managing performance objectives and completion of annual appraisals for direct reports;
• Ideal candidate for Team Lead has proven experience of Relationship Management and hands-on management of direct reports. |
