The Reitway Global Property Fund invests in global real estate and property-related securities and seeks to generate high current income. However, investors may also benefit from the capital appreciation that comes with real estate assets. The Reitway Enhanced Global Property Fund provides geared exposure to a master portfolio of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and REIT-like equities. Both funds are regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority as Professional Investor Funds.
