Intertrust strengthens fund operations

Intertrust, a global provider of technology-enabled corporate and fund solutions, has appointed Derek Ramage as Head of Fund Operations. He will be based in Luxembourg.

Intertrust says it continues to strengthen its new funds model, leveraging a new organizational design and investments in technology to better serve the industry. In his new role, Ramage will have responsibility for shaping and delivering client service excellence and continuing to expand the company's Luxembourg-based private capital fund business.

He will also have responsibility for the day to day running of fund operations, including fund accounting, onboarding, AML/KYC and transfer agency.

Ramage joins from International Financial Data Services, where he was Head of Change Management and IT Governance. He has held various senior positions in the fund industry during his career including as Global Head of Product Services and Product Set-Up at BNP Paribas and Deputy CEO and Head of Service Management at ABN AMRO.

Opera
1. Click the red O button in the upper left hand corner
2. Select Settings -> Preferences
3. Select the Advanced Tab
4. Select Cookies in the list on the left side
