Depository Clearing Company (DCC) was established in October 1993 to provide clearing and settlement services to stock market participants. Today, DCC is a primary infrastructure market organization providing securities services in Russia.

DCC provides services pursuant to licenses granted the FCSM of Russia.

DCC fully meets the criteria set out in SEC Rule 17f-7 used by international investors to determine a foreign securities depository's eligibility.
Services offered
DCC acts as a settlement depository for RTS Stock Exchange (RTS), St.-Petersburg Currency Exchange (SPCEX), Saint Petersburg Stock Exchange (SPBEX), an correspondent depository for Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX), and a nominee name in share registers of over 1000 issuers. The Company delivers a full array of securities services, including clearance, settlement, safekeeping, corporate actions and information services, dividend and interest services, and proxy voting services.
