My client, a tier 1 US Investment Bank, requires a suitable candidate to take on the role of Relationship Manager within their Securities Services department as part of the team responsible for the Middle East and North Africa clients. The successful candidate will be based in the UK, although travel to the MENA region will be required, and report to the Head of Client Management and Business Development in Dubai. As well as providing client management to MENA clients operating from the UK, the individual will also support those Middle East clients where London based support is required. In addition, the individual will represent the team for UK matters including the coordination of UK visits by MENA based institutions.
The successful individual will be responsible for actively managing client portfolios understanding client needs, applying consultative selling and cultivating references. Developing appropriate product solutions in collaboration with client service, product, operations, technology, risk, credit, legal and other areas to optomise product and service excellence. Provide assistance with documentation and other support to senior team members, manage existing client portfolio of existing revenue and new business targets. Identify sales opportunities and formulate plan for execution in conjunction with senior team members and product experts and ensure sales administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. Work with other areas of the Bank to increase penetration with the client and be responsible for KYC and tax documentation.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 7 years experience within the industry in a sales capacity or related client service, knowledge of multiple products across LOB.
