Over the last 12 months, the Bank has deepened & broadened their product offerings within the Institutional Investment Services segment leading to exceptional success across the region.
As a Senior Customer Executive you will own the financial, commercial & senior management relationships within the strategic & complex Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts. You will engage at CXO level to create & execute strategic account management whilst identifying cross-selling opportunities. Internally, you will “plug into” Product, Client Services & Senior Management segments and communicate developments/new services to senior client stakeholders. Also externally, you will forge & develop relationships with 3rd party influencers to promote the Bank’s brand & services.
