You will undertake a variety of consulting related tasks from user requirements gathering & analysis, to co-ordination and testing client development requirements, implementation & systems migration, post implementation consulting support and client training etc. |
Appropriate candidates will have:
• Experience in a Fund Accounting systems application support, business analyst or implementation consultant type role for either a software vendor, consultancy or financial institution. For one of the roles, a business user who would like to develop their career down this route will be considered.
• Good business and systems knowledge in either the fund accounting, fund administration or investment accounting domain is required, with experience of any of the following competing systems: InvestOne (SunGard), ICON or Chorus (LineData), HiPortfolio or Paladign (DST International), PAM (Princeton), Multifonds (IGEFI), CAMRA or FMC Pacer (SS&C), Dimension (Simcorp), Quasar (Misys / Rhymes), Geneva (Advent) or similar in house accounting systems etc.
• Strong customer focus and interfacing ability.
• Must be self motivated, have the ability to work in a relatively autonomous role and want to contrbute to the success of a growing operation.
